About the position

As a Customer Center Employee, you will work in an open office environment alongside service-minded colleagues. You will experience a fast-paced environment and respond to our customers' inquiries via phone and email. The most common questions include pricing, invoices, complaints, and refunds.

Øresund Bridge's customers speak Swedish, Danish, and English. It is a requirement that you have a good understanding of all languages and are comfortable speaking Danish, as the majority of customers are Danish-speaking. Your working hours will be Monday - Friday from 08:45 to 17:15.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on an outstanding customer experience
  • Achieve set KPIs
  • Handle incoming calls via phone and respond to emails
  • Other administrative tasks, such as mail handling and registration

The position as a Customer Center Employee is a consultancy assignment as needed through Adecco.

About you

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and seeking a long-term part-time position. You will work approximately two days a week during the semesters and be available to work full-time during holidays. You have previous experience in customer contact, and experience in customer service is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills, be able to build relationships easily, be solution-oriented, and adaptable. Since you will be working in multiple systems, it is required that you have good computer skills and are a quick learner. To thrive in this role, you need to have a positive attitude and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Important for the position:

  • You are currently a student or have another main occupation of at least 50%
  • If you are studying - at least three semesters left of your studies
  • Available to work two days a week, as well as full-time during summer and Christmas
  • Previous experience in service and customer contact
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Understand and can be understood in Danish

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service where you have handled inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Fluent in Danish, or Danish as your native language

Note! The start date for this position is March 18, 2026. The position starts with training that will be held on the dates specified below. It is important that you ensure you can participate all full days:

Week 12: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (09:00-16:00)
Week 13: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (09:00-16:00)
